Canary— Dept OFFICE OF THE MAYOR `` //�0 No: +�i �0(� ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER Date: • ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, WHEREAS the Director of Finance and Management Services has requested that Citywide Information Services Division provide personalized telephone coverage between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. each business day; and WHEREAS Citywide Information Services currently employs one clerical staff person on each of two floors of the Commerce Building; and WHEREAS non-clerical staff is frequently required to perform service for ,City Departments away from the office and cannot provide telephone coverage; and NOW THEREFORE, the Manager of Data Processing is authorized to contract temporary services to provide such coverage as needed, at rate not to exceed $10.00 per hour, until the Commerce Building staff of Citywide Information Services Division is consolidated on the llth Floor of the Commerce Building and such provisions become unnecessary.
