OFFIGE OF THE MAYOR No: 'D 1 1055 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER • Date: JJ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, WHEREAS the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) of the Saint Paul Police Department is conducting weapons and tactical training. WHEREAS this training is of an advanced nature and the facilities required must provide multi-purpose ranges and a mock village where gas and smoke will be deployed. The facility must also include structures for tactical assault and entry. WHEREAS this training will take place on September 9, 10, 11, and 12, 1990 at the United States Army Base located at Camp Ripley, Fort Ripley, Minnesota. BE IT ORDERED that the City of Saint Paul pay for the expenses of the CIRT members including lodging and meals. Advance monies will be administered to Lieutenant Joseph Polski for meal expenses and lodging expenses will be paid to Camp Ripley upon completion of the training.
