Modify layout and size of recreation center sign. 2. Install additional 210 S.F. of concrete surfacing. 3. Repair concrete curb and existing sewer inlet. ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: 1. Accent border added to blend with proposed color of support posts. Size increased slightly to accommodate border and increase visibility. 2. Modification of loading dock necessary due to unknown field conditions. Additional concrete surfacing allows construction of loading dock while maintaining existing entrance ramp. 3. Replace broken curb and repair sewer inlet not included in original contract. Repair necessary for proper drainage and is easier and less expensive while contractor is working on site. DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: None RECEIVED sUL 7i00 CITY CLERK DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED: 1. Recreation center sign will not match new site development work and is smaller, harder to read. 2. Entrance ramp would be modified to include step, or loading dock will not be constructed. 3. Existing catch basin not functional .
