ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, WHEREAS, the National New Housing Conference Foundation held a conference in the Twin Cities on March 7 and 8, 1990 which hrought together numerous national housing policy leaders, including HUD Secretary Jack Kemp; and WHEREAS, the conference gave Saint Paul representatives an opportunity to meet with these policy leaders and discuss Saint Paul housing issues; and WHEREAS, the product of the conference will be the presentation of new housing policy recommendations to national policymakers; NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Saint Paul is authorized to contribute $1,000 towards financing the cost of this conference.
