ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: The system would be installed in the most efficient configuration and would take up less pace in the basement area. DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: The new controls included in this change would operate the boiler in a more efficient manner. The pumps would be new and less likely to require maintenance in the future. The space required to install the boilers would be reduced. DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED: Old/worn parts of the system would be reused for the installation and control of the system would be minimal.
