known as Contract L-007346, City Project No. B89-00-Q9 Sheehy Construction, Inc.
Contractor, is composed of the following:
1. Remove, analyze and process soils contaminated with hazardous
material ADD $3,633.00
2. Remove unsuitable soils encountered and replace with
structural fill ADD 2,660.00
3. Install galvanized fasteners necessary for installing
sheetrock and supply temporary heat, walk-in cooler ADD 1,800.00
4. Extend date of substantial completion seven (7) days --------
5. Extend date of substantial completion twelve (12) days --------
• TOTAL ADD $8,093.00
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing additions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of s 8.093.00 , said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
sideration named in the contract, known as contract L- 007346 , and which amount is to be financed from:
