known as VACHimm , City Project No.89-P-8023.
Contractor, is composed of the following:
Reduce planned width of Pascal Street between Marshall Avenue and Concordia Avenue
from 44 feet to 36 feet (per Council Resolution 89-623 dated June 1, 1989, copy
attached). Revised quantities of asphalt pavement, drainage pipe, sodding, etc. ,
result in a deduction from the contract of $11,406.10.

Council Resolution 89-623 directed that Final Order 88-1757 be modified such that Pascal Street from Marshall Avenue to
Concordia Avenue be constructed to a width of 36 feet rather than 44 feet as originally planned. Change Agreement#1 reduces
the construction contract quantities to reflect the narrower street width.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Pascal is designated as a Municipal State Aid (MSA) street. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/Dot) requires that
-hange agreement be processed so that the revised MSA quantities are incorporated into the contract documents.
