1 WHEIZEAS, on June 2, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File # 10-602,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private properiy from
3 February 12 to February 25, 2010. (File No. J1004A, Assessment No. 108857); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 612 Mendota Street, being described as:

Dana And Humes Sub Of W 112 B98 Ex S 20 62I100 Ft Lot 2 And All Of Lot 3;
9 with the property identification number 33-29-22-22-0094 was assessed an amount of $300.00 for property
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property owner
13 did not receive proper legal notification.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued intexest; and �

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $300.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the ,
I 9 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-b02 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
