WHEREAS, on May 14, 2010, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File # 10-536,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building
monitoring fees re-invoiced. (File No. VB1001, Assessment No. 108822); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 1218 Bradley Street, being described as:

Clarke And Wilgus Addition N 3o Ft Of Lot 18 And S 2o Ft Of Lot 17 Blk 3
9 with the property identification number 20-29-22-34-0119 was assessed an amount of $1,070.00 for
10 collection of delinquent vacant building monitoring fees; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing OfFcer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in enor
13 by department staff, _

15 THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued intexests, be funded
16 by the ExempY Assessment Fund. Council File #10-536 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
