VESOLVED, that upon appeal of Knox Presbyterian Church from the
decision of the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings,
there is hereby established a building line located 17 feet westerly
of the west right-of-way line of Asbury Street as it pertains to the
north 5 feet of Lot 4 and the south 25 feet of Lot 5, Block 3, Hamlin
Syndicate Addition No. 1, situated at the southwest corner of Minnehaha
Avenue and Asbury Street and a building line 4 feet northerly of the
southerly 20 feet of Lot 2, Block 3, Hamlin Syndicate Addition No. 1;
in accordance with appellant's plans dated February 17, 1955;

the Knox Presbyterian Church appeal resolution and see if it is in satis-
factory form.
There is also attached a copy of the original draft adopted on February 7th.
W. L. Ulvin, attorney for the church, said that the original resolution did
not cover enough ground.
