WIIEREAS, a request has been received from Trimble & Associates, Ltd, far the release of
existing slopes, cuts and fills easements within the property as depicted on attached map, E�ibit A,
legally described as:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, Block 11, St. Anthony Park West, Files ofTitles,
County ofRamsey, State ofMinnesota; and
WFIEREAS, the easement rights requested to be released are stated and depicted in recorded
Ramsey County document in Book 355 on Page 393 as Document Number 692638; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Department of Public Works has determined that said easement, as it
applies to above property, may be released; and now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that with the accompanying Certificate of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily on
behalf of the Department of Public Works for the City of Saint Paul made a part hereof by this
reference, the City for itself and on behalf of said Deparhnent, waives the right to the easement
described above; and be it further
RESOLVED, that upon passage of this resolution and the City's receipt of a$300.00
administrative processing fee said easement rights aze released and the proper city officials aze
hereby authorized and directed to record a copy of said resolution in the office of the Ramsey
County Recorder, and that the City Clerk shall maintain on file a copy of ihe Certificate of Intended
Non-Use referenced in this resolution.
