Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
constructing a sever in Jessamine Avenue free Celle Avenue to Grotto Street, and in
Grotto Street from Jessamine Avenue to 14 ft. north of the south line of Loot 1,
Block 1, Tilson's Maywood heights,
under Preliminary Order 173,482 approved AMW 6, 1955
Intermediary Order 1718$8 approved FebruaXY 3, 1955
Final Order 1723.14 , approved Wrek 1, 1955
The assessment of benefits. Bests and eximenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.

ESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the Ath
195 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
t House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
