Comxittes therefor, and hereby awards contract for fuuLahiag all labor,
materials and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the
wrecking of dwelling and garage and removal of fences, miscellaneous
concrete work and debris located at 1152 lowitt Avenue, described as
Lots 120 13 and 14, Gilberts Addition, Saint Paul, ftanesota, to
l XWV1S= LISS;BS b WRSCX= COWAM in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5573 of said Minnesota
Lumber A Wrecking Company, City to pay Contractor $374.909 swh bid being the
fewest and said Minnesota Lu■ior hocking Company being a reasonably and
=reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorised
to draw up the proper fora of contract therefor and the proper City officials
hereby are authorised to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Paul.
