WHEREAS, the Manufacturers Insurance Company, being the insurance
carrier of Kline Oldsmobile, Inc., has paid a claim to one John Narducci in the
amount of $93.55 in full settlement for damages sustained by said John Narducci
when a City vehicle driven by Raymond Mitchell, fireman, in the performance of
his official duties, and a Kline Oldsmobile vehicle driven by Charles K. Sundling
collided at the intersection of Oxford Street and Iglehart Avenue on November 19,
1955; be it
RESOLVED, that said insurance company be paid $46.77 out of
the Judgment and Compromise Fund as a 50% contribution to the settlement of
the Narducci claim.
