In the matter of condemning and takipg an easement for the pmRose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the north 4 ft. of Lot 3, Flemings Sub
fromSchletti Street to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also condemning, and taking
a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 ft, in width on the
south side of the above easement and the south 8 ft. of Lot 2, Flemings Sub from
Schletti,13reet to the alley in Flemings Sub.,
under Preliminary Order 17-592-31 approved November 29, 195 ,
Intermediary Order 176462_ approved Jaanary 17, 1956 ,
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the north 4 ft, of
Lot 3, Flemingts Sub. from Schletti Street to• the alley in the rear of said lot. Also
condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on a strip of
land 8 ft. in width on the south side of the above easement and the south 8 ft. of
Lot 2, Flemings Sub from Schletti Street to the alley in Flemings Sub,
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
An easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public
sewer on, under and across the north 4 ft. of Lot 3, Flemingls Sub. from Schletti
Street to the alley in the rear of said lot. Also condemning and taking a temporary
easement for construction purposes on a strip of land 8 ft, in width on the south
side of the above easement and the south 8 ft. of Lot 2, Flemingls Sub, from Schletti
Street to the alley in Flemings Sub,
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
