February 8, 1956 Mr. Joseph Okoneski City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is in the matter of the application of Harry Johnson for permit to establish a private parking lot for an apartment building located adjacent to the south side of Ford Parkway between Kenneth and Howell. This property is described as the west 8' of lot 4, all of lot 5 and lot 6 - block 12 - Lane's Highland Park, together with the north 8' of vacated alley accruing to the above-described tract. The zoning is "C" residence. The property is presently vacant: it has a frontage of 66' on Ford Parkway and extends to a depth of 1071 . The property will be developed for a parking lot with a capacity of 18 cars. The design of this parking lot meets existing standards. The Zoning Board finds no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic.
