This property is adjacent to the southeast corner of Sixth and Wacouta and is zoned "Light industry." This site was formerly a filling station and has been abandoned. The buildings have now been torn down and it is used for parking. The property has a frontage of 90' along east Sixth and 50' along Wacouta with a gross area of 4,750 sq. ft. and a capacity of 16 cars. Applicant's plans call for an entrance from Wacouta and an exit on east Sixth which will be shared with the loading dock access to the Finch building. The Zoning Board finds no objection to this proposal from the office of the traffic engineer and recommends this permit be granted in accordance with the applicant's plans filed with the Planning Board February 3, 1956.
