RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be, and he is hereby
authorized, with the consent of the Mayor, to issue Purchase Order to
the H. J. Roadfeldt Company to furnish skilled labor, equipment and
supervision necessary to do concrete "Gunite" repair work on the
Trout Brook Sewer at Fourth Street for a period of approximately
100 hours at $15.00 per hour plus moving charges of $25.00 each way.
This award to be made without advertisement or competitive bids as
this type of service is difficult to secure and immediate action is
necessary to protect the public welfare.
