RESOLVED, that Marshall F. Hurley, Corporation Counsel,
is hereby authorized and directed to appear on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul before the Railroad and Warehouse Com-
mission, on Thursday, February 9, 1956, at nine otclock A. M. , f.
pursuant to an Order of that body served on the City of Saint
Paul on February 6, 1956, which order fixes the time and place
for hearing on the petition by the St. Paul City Rai]vay Company
for an increase of its present rates of fare; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Corporation Counsel is directed
to appear at said hearing to protect the public interests of
the citizens of the City of Saint Paul.
