COUNCIL FILE N0_1_7( _)__E;yO_ ___ B FINAL ORDER �' lsul In the Matter of repaving Jackson Street from Second Street to Fourth reet, including grading and paving the widened roadway from Second Street to Fourth Street; constructing new curb and sidewalks where necessary; constructing sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to property lines where necessary; reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement; and doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to said improvement, under Preliminary Order_______________1(2330--------------------------approved _--__________March 16,_1955 -------------------------- Intermediary Order----------------------------------------------------approved -------------------------------------------------------------------- A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same; therefore, be it RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im- provement to be made by the said City is repave Jackson Street from Second Street to Fourth Street, including grading and paving the widened roadway from Second Street to Fourth Street; construct new curb and sidewalks where necessary; construct sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to property lines where necessary; reconstruct the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement; and doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to said improvement, and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made. RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro- ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
