WHEREAS, ADDITIONS AND DEDUCTIONS which sight prove to be necessary
in the improvement described as the Restoration and Repair of Robert Street
Bridge Sheer Fence, Comptroller's Contract L-5703, Hurley Construction Company,
Contractor, have been provided for in the specifications at unit prices
stipulated herein and by resolution C. F. 176577 approved January 26, 19561,
and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions
and Deductions:
As per attached statement:
WHEREAS,, The total net Deduction is $3,059.59, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the specifications in the sum
of #3,059.59, said am to be deducted fraa the lump sum consideration named in
the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-5703, for the making of the
above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
contractor that the sum of $3,059.59 is the correct amount to be deducted
from the above contract,
