and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary for
and reasonably incidental to the wrecking of dwelling, store building, garage, sheds, the
filling of cesspools and the removal of septic tank, concrete walks and debris located at
438-440 James Avenue, Lot 53, Block 28, Subdivision of Blocks 28 and 29, Stinson, Brown and
R,amsey's Addition, St. Paul, Minnesota to MINNESOTA FLOOR SURFACING COMPANY, in accordance
with specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #5554 of said Minnesota
Floor Surfacing Company, City to pay Contractor $455.00, such bid being the lowest and said
Minnesota Floor Surfacing Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the
proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of St. Paul.
