WHEREAS, on May 5, 2010, the City Council ofthe City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-473,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
December 30, 2009 to January 14, 2010. (File No. J1001A, Assessment No. 108825); and
5 WHEREAS, the property at 737 Goodrich Avenue, being described as:

7 Summit Park Addition Tost Pa W 1/2 Of Lot 17 And All Of Lot 16 Blk 4;
9 with the property identification number 02-28-23-41-0200 was assessed an amount of $220.00 for property
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment.

14 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
I S any accrued interest; and

17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $220.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
18 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #10-473 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
