OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CO NCI RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM �;' PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE DATE WHEREAS, The City gouncil, as provided by law, has authorized the Department of arks, Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the promises known and described as too. 91 West Hyacinth Avenue in the City of Saint Paul, and to tear dorm and remove the building and miscellaneous concrete work and debris thereon as being unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property, and WHEREAS# Pursuant to such Council action, bids for the tear- ing down and removal of said building* miscellaneous concrete work and debris were duly advertised for in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter, and the lowest bid was in the sum of $125.00 and the expenses of the Department of Parks, Playgrounds AndPublic Buildings in connection with the condemnation proceedings and writing specifications amount- ed to $39.41, making a total of $164.41, and WHEREAS, There are as funds now appropriated in the Building Wrecking Emergency Fund for the wrecking and removal of said building, be it RESOLVED, That said sum be paid out of the Wrecking Condemned Buildings Account of the General Fund 31-G-23, and that in the event said sum proves to be collectible from the owner of the premises, some is to be credited to the General Fund Item 31-6-23.
