COUNCA RESOLUTI of"s PRESENTED BY • ' COMMISSIONS ' a If— SJ',�'I r4 :a- gt:; stet,a",e:�.,: a Yt3•. .. e+.ngib gii toffs Ste° ^�i un 9' WHEREAS, the Council has been informed by the Assistant Superintendent of Business Affairs of the Saint Paul Public Schools that the Board of Education has under consideration the acquisition of the following site for the erection of an elementary school, to-wit: Lots 40 and 41, the west one-half of Lot 42, and the south 67 feet of the east one-half of Lot 42, Pioneer Real Estate and Building Society Subdivision, and said Board has requested that the Council take action to the end that no building permits will be issued for the property in the area above described, now therefore be it RESOLVED, that upon the facts presented by said Board of Education with regard to the potential use of the above described property for the erection of an elementary school thereon, the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings and the City architect are hereby directed and authorized to refrain from issuing any buildings permits for property situated in said area.
