RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of the City Comptroller for the abatement
of street oiling and flushing assessment on the following described
property, to wit:
West 1/2 and all that part of East 1/2 South of a line
150 Pt. at RA from and parallel with Cherokee Ave. of
Lot C and except C: St. P.M. & 0. Ry. R/W and except
levee; Lot D, Olivier's Addition to West St. Paul;
totaling $166.97, and recossaends that the Commissioner of Taxation
of the State of Minnesota cancel said assessment.
