(5) Taking emergency cs at Storeyarde (6) `raking country crew to and from work: AID WHEREAS, this emergency arose by reason of the following facts and circumstances Necessary to make repairs during low consumptien hours. " t- ) Regular employees off on acoount of illness. (; ) In order to keep ice from accumulating. ( ') In order to keep continuous water service: ( .)
