PRESENTED BY / 1)101. �`/ I/ COMMISSIONS / �'—A — - DATE , In the matter of Comptroller's Contract L-5699, for the construction of a Sewer easement in Lot 3, Lake Residences, Atlantic St. to 265 feet west, Frank ferratore, contractor, the. specified date of completion is February 29, 1956, and WHEREAS, the contractor has prosecuted the work diligently but due to delay in the delivery of material caused by conditions beyond the control of the Contractor, it was not possible to con- plots the contract until March 11m, 1956, therefore be it RESOLVE), That the proper.City officials be and they are hereby' authorised and directed to ezeeute an amendment to said contract extending the time of completion to March ia, 1956, provided however, that this resolution shall have no force or effect unless the sureties on the contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing with the City Comptroller, and be it FURTHER RESOLED, That the City of St. Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated damages and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project will be charged by the City on account of such extended period.
