RESOLVED, by the City Council, the City of Saint Paul,
that, uponthe recommendation of the Department of Public
Works, said Council accepts the following:
On the behalf of said City from Tobin-Smith, Inc. ,
a corporation under the laws of the State of
Minnesota, the following described property for
the purpose for opening and widening Hazelwood
Avenue%
The East Sixty Feet (E.60) of Lots one
(1) , and three (3) , in Block Eleven (il) ,
Auditorls Sub. No. 62, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and
for ishid County of Ramsey and State of
Minnesota.
That said Council accepts on the behalf of said City from
Willard G. Linder and Gladys E. Linder, husband wife, the
following described property and easement for the purpose of
opening and extending Wilson Avenue:
The North thirty (N.30) feet of that part of
Tract "A" of Registered Land Survey No. 9 ly-
ing South (S,) of Willard Linder Addition No. 1,
on file in the office of the Registrar of
Titles within and for said County, ANA
an Easement for slopes, cuts and fills in the
grading of Wilson Avenue, in that part of
Tract "A" of Registered Land Survey No. 9 ly-
ing South (S.) of the aforesaid thirty (30) /Or►!';
