RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for furnishing all
labor, materials and services necessary for and reasonably inFidental
to the Construction of a New Pavilion located on the South Side of
Montreal Avenue between West Seventh Street and Edgcuabe Road, St.Paul,
Minnesota, for the reason that all bids received for this work are too
high.
