This is an emergency ordi- nance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public ,peace health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT'PAUL DO?✓S- ORDAIN: Section 1. That said Ordinance. No. . 840, as amended, be and the same hereby is further amended so that thereby and there- under there shall be classified and -toned in the Light Industry District thereby established, all of the following described and- " thereby originally unassigned and unregulated real estate, to-wit: That portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Snelling Out Lots and that portion of Government Lot 4 of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 23 West, except that portion of the above described parcels lying southerly and easterly of the following described line: Commencing for the purpose of establishing the point of beginning, at the intersection of the southerly line of Youngman Avenue and east section line of Section 21, Township 28 North, Range 23 West, thence south on said east section line a distance of 18.19 feet to a point, which is the point of beginning; thence southwesterly on a straight line that makes an angle to the right of 57° 52' a distance of 1491.33 feet to a point, thence westerly on a straight line that makes an angle to the right of 32° 07', said line being perpendicular to the east line of Davern Avenue, a distance of 21.19 feet to a point on the easterly line of Davern Avenue,' situated in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota.
