The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having
been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all zespects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 21 st da o�f 7ulv, 2010 at
the hour of 53Q P.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Ha11 Building, in the City of St. Paul;
that the Financial Services Real Estate Section give notice of said meetings, as zequired by the Charter, stating in
said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or
lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.

Property owners or renteis create a health hazard at various times tluoughout the City of Saint Paul when their properry is not kept up.
The City is required by Ciry code to clean up the property and charge the ptoperty owner for the clean up.
Advantages If Approved:
Cost recovery ptograms to recover �penses for sumwazy abatement, grass cutting, towing of abandoned vehicles, demolifions,
gazbage hauling, tree removal and boazdings-up.
