RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of the City Comptroller for the abatement
of street oiling and flushing assessment on the following described
property, to wit:
Part measuring 52 ft. on N. line and 75 ft. on S. line from
W. line of Wabasha St. as widened of Lot 1, Block 3,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 36, St. Paul, Minn.,
totaling *3.78, and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation
of the State of Minnesota cancel said assessment.
