be paid Hjalmar A. Carlson while he is totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on April 10, 1956, while
employed by the Department of Parks, Playgrounds and Public
Buildings, and that $16.00 in final settlement, to and
including April 19, 1956, is now payable. ,
