State of Minnesota, City of St. Paul.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Agency Agreement Mo. C-1403-M between the -
Minnesota Highway Department and the City of St. Paul, the Commissioner
of Highways as agent for the City and subject to the approval of the '
City will let contract for the aforesaid project; and
WHEREAS, Bids were received for the aforesaid project by the
Commissioner of Highways on May 1S, 1956 and a tabulation of said bids
has been furnished to the Department of Public Works; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner and
Chief lkgineer of the Department of Public Works, the Commissioner of
Highways be and he is requested by the City Council of the City of
St. Paul to award the contract for the construction of Shepard Road
from Market Street to Elm Street to the low bidder, the Hurley Con-
struction Ceapany.

State of Minnesota, City of St. Paul.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Agency Agreement No. C-14003-M between the
Minnesota Highway Department and the City of St. Paul, the Commissioner
of Highways as agent for the City and subject to the approval of the
City will let contract for the aforesaid project; and
WHEREAS, Bids were received for the aforesaid project by the
Commissioner of Highways on May 18, 1956 and a tabulation of said bids
has been furnished to the Department of Public Works; therefore, be it
RESOLVE, That upon the recommendation of the Commissioner and
Chief Engineer of the Department of Public Works, the Commissioner of
Highways be and he is requested by the City Council of the City of
St. Paul, to award the contract for the construction of Shepard Road
from Market Street to Elm Street to the low bidder, the Hurley Con-
struction Company.
