1955, and for the alternate proposed public improvement under
Preliminary Order C. F. 177163 approved March 20, 1956, and
Final Order C. F. 177600 approved April 25, 1956, be and said
pland and specifications hereby are approved, and that the action
of the purchasing agent, heretofore, in the matter of the
