en the profile on file in the Department of Public Werks. Also grading and
surfacing With bituminous material the alley in Lots 1 to 10 inclusive and
Lets 43 to 52 inclusive, Block 4, Rosedale Sark and Kenna's Sub,from Fairview
Avenue to Howell Street to the proposed change of ; tde. 1411410 constructing
a storm sewer in the alley froze point 260 ft. nett of Fairview Avenue to
the existing catch-basin in t he alley which lies 70 ft. west of Fairview Avenue,
under Preliminary Order 173019 approved May 5th, 1955, and Final Order 171067 '
approved July 12th, 1955.
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the construction of a storm
sewer.in the alley in Block 4, Rosedale Park and Kennats Sub, from a point
26C) ft. west of Fairview Avenue to the existing satch-basin in th® alley
which lies 70 ft. west of Fairview Avenue were approved under C,?. 175245
approved October 6, 1955; therefore, be it
R OLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted by the
Commissioner of Public Works for the grading and surfacing with bituminous
material of the alley in Lets 43 to 52 inclusive, Block 4, Rosedale Park and
Kenna's Sub, from Fairview Avenue to Howell Street be and the same are hereby
approved, and the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed
to do the work by City Forces at an estimated cost of $2837.00, and that
• the Purchasing Agent proceed to procure the necessary materials;and be it
FURTHER SOLVED, that the cost of the above improvement, including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $305.00, or a total of
$3142.00, plus the cost of the sower, be assessed against the benefited property.
