Burgess Street St. Paul, Minnesota, Comptrollerts Contract
G ].L5, Butler Manufacturing Company, Contractor, have been
provided for in the specifications at a cost to be agreed
upon by and between the Commissioner of Public Works and
said Contractor, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following additions:
Furnishing and installing of six 20" Stationary Galvanized
Roof Ridge Ventilators, to-wit:
6 Ventilators @ $35.00 $210.00
Labor for installing 6 Ventilators 90.00
Total $300.00, and
-WHEREAS, The total addition is *300.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED,That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves
the foregoing Addition made in accordance with paragraph 1.32,
Section 1, General Specifications made a part of said contract,
in the sum of $300.00, said amount to be added to the contract
for the making of the above improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above
named Contractor that the sum of $300.00 is the correct amount
to be added to the above contract.

described as the construction of Three Rigid Steel Frame
Buildings located at City of St. Paul Asphalt Plant, 456
Burgess Street St.St. Paul, Finnesota, Comptroller's Contract

provided for in the specifications at a cost to be agreed
