RESOLVED, that the •euncil of the City of St. Paul hereby approves
the application of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of St. Paul, as submitted to the County Auditor, for the abate-
ment of general taxes for 1953 on 4 parcels shown on application
No. 73755, together with street oiling and flushing assessments
totaling $273.92 and for a refund of $2,857.66 paid in error on
29 parcels, and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of
the State of Minnesota cancel said taxes, and make the necessary
refund.
