RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby approves
the application of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of St. Paul as submitted to the County Auditor for the abatement
of the general taxes for 1955 on 73 tracts in Eastern Redevelopment
Area as shown on application No. 71+072, together with street oiling
and flushing assessments totaling $9,598.1+1+, and recommends that
the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said
taxes and assessments.
