WHEREAS, the Housing 'edevelopment Authority of the City of St. Paul
has made application fe relief to the Minnesota Tax Commission relative
to delinquent taxes and assessments for the years 1950 through 1954 on
the following described property, to wit:
Lots 15, 16 and 17, McCloud's Sub of Block 2 of Vandenburgh's
Addition; and
. WHEREAS, the delinquency totals the sum of $1,286.01+, plus interest, penalties
and costs, and the applicant offers to pay in full settlement thereof, the
sum of $964.53; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby approves said offer
of settlement; provided however, that the sum of $29.10 shall be deducted
from the total payment of $961..53 and that said sum of $29.10 shall be paid
to the City of St. Paul in settlement of delinquent assessments included in
the total delinquency of $1,286.04, plus interest, penalties and costs.
