the application of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of St. Paul as submitted to the County Auditor for the abatement
of the general taxes for 1955 on 110 tracts in Mt. Airy Site as
shown on application No. 74074, together with street oiling and
flushing assessments totaling $6,116.08, and recommends that the
Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said .
