65, Banning and Olivierts Addition to West St. Paul, from
Annapolis Street to Welling Street, under Preliminary Order
174874 approved September 2, 1955, and Final Order 175488
approved October:25, 1955.
RESOLVES, That the plans and specifications as submitted
fee the above named improvement, be and the same are hereby
approved, and the Commissioner of Pebli-a Works be and -he is
hereby directed to do the work at an estimated cost of $1711.35
by City Forces, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed to 'secure
the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the cost of the above improvement,
including engineering and inspection expenses amounting to
• $182.23, or a total of $1893.58, be assessed against the
benefited property.
