This property is described as follows: Lot 1 & 2 except the E'ly 8' for Jackson St.; N'ly 50' of E'ly 87' of lots 1 and 2, block 17; also except W'ly 9' for an alley and ex- cept the E'ly 8' for Jackson St; the S'ly 50' of the N'ly 100' of lots 1 and 2, block 17, S.t:.yPtattiLiPropea;.. The zoning is "light industry." The property has a frontage of 100' on Jackson and 79' on E. 5th St. This is an "L" shaped tract. The plans filed April 18, 1956 meet existing standards and have been approved by the Traffic Engineer and Building Department. Field investigation discloses no objection from the standpoint of adjacent land use or traffic. Access is to be from an entrance only driveway from 5th St. and an exit only driveway on Jackson. There will also be access to the alley running along the westerly line of the premises. The property will be suitably fenced and surfaced in accordance with all existing standards.
