In the matter of repaving Selby Avenue from Victoria Street to
Fairview Avenue and Fairview Avenue free Selby Avelino to Marshall Avenue
by grading and paving the track area with concrete base and asphaltic
concrete surfacing, where it is necessary to remove existing track paving
including rails and ties; by surfacing existing concrete base with con-
crete leveling sours(' and asphaltic concrete binder and wearing courses
where the concrete base is left in place after the removal of the existing
brisk, wood and granite block surfacing; by repaving alley and driveway
returns and mistrusting new concrete curb where necessary, under Prelim-
inary Order C. F. 175067 approved September 20, 1955, and Final Order
C. F. 176902 approved February 2S, 1956.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above maned
improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the
sane are hereby approved, and be it further
RESOLVES, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise fob bids on this improvement.
