RESOLVED, That the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to deposit
Ath the Commissioner of Highways of the State of nnnesota the additional
sum of $ 14,000.00 to cover the cost of Contractor' s Estimates as they
become due, for work done under Highway Department Agreement No. C-1308,
Chicago, Great Western Railway Company--Shepard Road Underpass Bridge—
Section 120 said Agreement having been entered into June 24, 1954, between
the City of Saint Paul, Chicago Great Western Railway Company t-nd M. J.
Hoffmann, Commissioner of Hizhways of the State of Minnesota, nd having
been o,2roved by the City Council and is now on file and of record in the
Office of the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul, the said deposit with
the Colmi,sioaer of righways being made pursuant to Section 12 of said
c‘mtract, and be it
FUETHEE R1WLVLD, That the said al.ount set out above be drown from the Per-
nnuient improvement itevolving Fund and be reimbursed from payments made
to the City by the Chicago Great thestern Railway Company pursuant to said
