RESOLVED, that after due investigationand hearing in the
premises, it is found that Guy Patsy and Fanny Patsy, owners of
the following described real estate situate in the City of Saint
Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, classified under
Building Zone Ordinance No. 5840, as amended, in Class "A" Residence
District:
.
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and the west i of the
vacated alley adjoining the same, in Block 13,
of Hagerts Subdivision of lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, of Walcotts addition to
Cottage Homes, according to the recorded plat
thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in Ramsey County,
Minnesota;
for a considerable period of time prior hereto have used and employed said
real estate for commercial or light industrial purposes in violation of
the applicable provisions of said ordinance particularly in connection with
their conduct of a building wrecking and used building material storage
business and were heretofore directed and ordered by this Council to
discontinue such unlawful uses of said real estate and to rakee. and
remove all commercial and/or industrial use structures thereon and all
materials,equipment, and debris therefrom within the period of thirty
days next after such order and direction the receipt of formal notice
whereof by said Buy Patsy and Fanny Patsy was deferred until April 27,1956,
and accordingly said formal order and direction hereby are in all things
confirmed, except that the thirty day period limited for such discontinuance
and removal shall commence April 28, 1956; and that the further order and
direction of this Coacil in said matter for the filing by said Guy Patsy
and Fanny Patsy as principals, a surety bond with corporate surety in the
sum of $5,000.00 to and in favor of City of Saint Paul conditioned for their
full and complete compliance with said order and direction of this Council
within the time aforesaid be and the same hereby is in all things confirmed
save that said shell so conditioned that the aforesaid day period
commence April 28, 1956 MAY 3 �
