BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby certifies and approves the May 18,
2010 decision of the Legislative Hearing Officer for Appeals of Letters and Denial of Building Permits to
Replace Egress Windows for the following addresses:

The following appeals were reviewed by the Legislative Hearing Officer prior to the hearing. The
property owners were notified and did not attend the hearing:
Appeal of Todd Resig to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at 1034 St.
Clair Avenue.
Grant a 4.5-inch variance on the openable height of the bedroom egress windows throughout the
building.
2. Appeal of Dave Nechrebecki to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property at
1606 Old Hudson Road.
Grant a 3-inch vaziance on the openable height of the egress windows in the master bedrooms in
Units 1604 and 1606.
