177682 •iNTIBRIVIEDIAILT aiming io' a 64 9 dl* +� � + �i/t 2 to - couildIE FILE NO. ,— iJL. ,o INTERMEDIARY ORDER In the Matter of partially opening, widening and extending Shepard Road, as proposed to be opened, by condemning and taking the following described property, all in the City of St. Paul: Lot 29, Upper Levee Addition, except the following: Commencing at a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 38.70 ft. from the southwesterly corner thereof; thence at an angle of 76° to the right, 14 feet; thence northwesterly 51.80 ft. to a point on the northwesterly line of said lot which is 22.27 ft. from the northwesterly corner therof; thence to said corner; thence along the southwesterly line of said lot, 52.50 ft. to point of beginning, under Preliminary Order 177261 approved March 28, 1956 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is partially open, widen and extend Shepard. Road, as proposed to be opened, by condemning and taking the following described property, all in the City of St. Paul: Lot 29, Upper Levee Addition, except the following: Commencing at a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 38.70 ft. from the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence at an angle of 76 to the right, 14 feet; thence northwesterly 51.80 ft. to a point on the northwesterly line of said lot which is 22.27 ft. from the northwesterly corner thereof; thence to said corner; thence along the southwesterly line of said lot, 52.50 ft. to point of beginning, with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 4,250.00 Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29th day of May , 19_26_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
