WHEREAS, The City of West St. Paul has made application for extending
its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 13 of Ordinance 8829, C. F. 137998
approved October 23, 1946, and has submitted plans and specifications for
said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved by the
Commissioner of Public Works of the City of St. Paul; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve the
plans and specifications as submitted for the following sanitary sewer exten-
sions in West St. Paul:
Plan No. S-55-21 Seminole Ave. - from Orme St. to
S. Line of Block 5 & 6 Icklers
3rd Add.
And the City of West St. Paul be and it is herein authorised to proceed
with the construction of said sanitary sewers in accordance with said plans
and specifications.
